Please, my wee Sally Lightfoot crab, Little Toot is quite messy. She has her own three gallon tank which I don't like. I will upgrade it in a few months. She does share it with three Pipipi snails. They are great at cleaning up excess algae, but Little Toot leaves a lot of waste to include bits and pieces of her food. I've told her repeatedly I will not feed her until she cleans up the rest of her food, but she always wins. I take pity on her, and I feed her anyway. Is there a companion cleanup invertebrate or fish I could put in with her that she won't eat or should I vacuum out her tank? Please note, she has a filtered tank. Many thanks.

never heard of a clean up crew for a crab...usally they are the clean up crew.... also in a 3 gallon tank your choices will be extreamly limited. your best bet is to avoid adding to the bioload and just vacume the tank regularly.

    my 2 cents

No. I'm new to all of this. Would she have the same amount of room, see out, and climb on her rocks, etc?
