Thanks! Now how would I keep them from floating around? Also what about green star polyps or frogspawn?

Frags are commonly attacked to plugs, rubble, cearamic tiles.

How far are the lights away from the surface ? Which fixture is it and how big is the tank ?

GSP will do just fine. Just make sure you have a plan for it's placement long term or else you could end up with it growing where you do not like it. Mine currently must be trimmed back because it is growing over the spill gate, impedding water flow.

I was able to keep 2 Maximas on my sandbed (in my 55g) without any prob with my 4-bulb, all high PAR bulbs. The clams were footed on rocks and showed great coloration and growth.

Would you have any pictures of them? Trying to get an idea I've also been leaning to a low light clam.
