    Hello To All.

I recently purchased a very nice coral and put it into may tank. I am sorry to say I don’t know the name of it but it is an SPS type. Today I noted that there is a bare patch where the polyps use to be. So I thought that one of the fish had picked at it. After watch to fish for a bit I realized that it was not the fish but it was in a spot with to much water flow and that the polyps that are close together on what I would call the trunk of this coral have been blown of it by the water flow.

My question is now that there is a bare patch on my lovely coral and now that I have changed the water flow will the bare patch grow polyps back over time.

    Cheers.
