I was just wondering if anyone uses Kent Marine Microvert? I picked some up today (of course I didn't research it : ( I have read online that it is pollution in a bottle. I don't imagine this is true when used in moderation, but if you use it please let me know. Also if you don't use it, but you use a different liquid food please let me know. I would like to help accelerate the growth of my corals (mainly softies). Thank You!

I have never used that one, but I do use Cyclopeze and also picked up "Coral Frenzy" which I have heard good things about.

Neither are liquid food, but they seem to do the trick.

I also have never used that, but I have used these and still do.

For the most part, most corals get their food through light(photosynthesis) and great water quality. However, the addition of other forms of "food" wouldnt hurt either. Luna
