    I got some "pink tape" today. It's basically heavy duty thread seal tape, so I guess a little thicker than the white teflon tape? Hopefully, I can catch Jwin in the morning, before he goes off to drive a tractor, to work on our leak. It's right at the gate valve. I guess he can wrap the two connections with the pink stuff and see if that helps!

    Do mean "unscrew the connections, rewrap them with the pink stuff, screw them back into place, and see if that helps?"

    Yes, just heavier grade than the white teflon tape. Almost seems to mold like pipe dope does. Much easier/nicer to use.
