    Choose a new font! :)

    'Papyrus' is overused, and sometimes lumped in the same category as 'Comic Sans.' It doesn't convey a professional appearance, and I'm not sure it's free for commercial use anyway.. ?

    Your logo is your brand; The coloration, the shape, the font, the feel -- all important. Spend some time there, especially if you're marketing a design service. You're marketing to a demographic that's already design-conscious.

    Remember that eventually you'll want that logo reproduced in other formats. Company letterhead, an etched glass window, graphics on your work truck, etc -- so keep that in mind as well when designing a logo. Design it in Adobe Illustrator or Inkscape, or some other vector-based editor.

    Aww, I really like this font[Papyrus]. I hadn't even thought about it not being legal to use commercially(free). :-/

    Thanks for the suggestion though. I realize your criticism is constructive. :)

    I'll check out some other fonts to see what I like...

    You are right thought, it is pretty widely used. And comic sans looks childish. :( lol.

    Oh...and I am actually using Adobe Photoshop, but I suppose it would make sense to switch on over to Illustrator....that's what it's for.

    Edit: I seem to have accidentally uninstalled Illustrator a while ago? Crap...

    What do you think of the fonts: Mistral, Cordial UPC, Tempus Sans ITC, or (possibly) Pristina(this is what i used for my slogan)?

    I really like Mistral. Do you think it is too difficult to read?

    haha. I am a good guesser! :) :) :) :)

    I REALLY like the new thicker logo! Looks MUCH cooler than the original! Not boring anymore! :p
