I have 2 medium sized discus, 2 siamese algae eaters, 7 large neon tetras & 1 small 3 spot gourmais. I was told that the gourmais would eat my neons if it was now large & the neons were small. Will the neons be safe now as the 3 spot gets larger ? Do I have a good community tank ?

I thought 3 spots got quite large. That is why I bought it. Which gourmais get the largest ?

depending on the size of the tank 3 spots can reach 6 inches, if they reach around that keep them fed well, or they might find an alternative food source(tetras) other then that you shouldn't have any problems
