    i've seen a lot of posts on id's of the same thing mostly what are below so maybe this will help those people find their answers a little faster. if there is anything to add by all means post away.

    EDIT: On the last picture, there's a algae that looks VERY similar called Asparagopsis which I cannot find a public domain picture of. Basically, if it looks like cotton candy, it's typically one of those two species.
