    Brown Jelly Disease?

    Sounds like 'Brown Jelly Disease.'

Do you have any Lugol's solution?

Cutting off some seems to be recommended as well. But it you have any Lugols.. let it soak in a bowl of tank water with some of that for an hour or so per instructions.

Is your Colt getting stung by other corals possibly? Make sure it has some room.

If you want to save the coral, try an iodine dip after you cut the rotting pieces off.
