Nah, pretty low risk with mushrooms like these. It's Elephant Ear mushrooms to look out for; they are well documented fish eaters.
I've kept Tongans in the past, and never had any trouble, but as mentioned, there's the "potential"...

It could be, altho the disc looks a lot "thinner" than those I've seen/kept. It's been quite awhile since we "reefed", so altho I still have some factoids floating around up there, they've been superceded by "things with stings".
