Will they be connected in series or just as separate tanks, will it include a sump for any kind of filter that might add to the water volume?

read a lot. the only reason I'm even attempting breeding fish is because my dad has been doing it since before i was born. i still remember when i was like 4 yrs old sitting at our bar in the basement watching my dad take baby cichlids out of on of his fish's mouths.
I was the luckiest kid growing up. i had 2 stingrays, 4 (24") red tailed catfish, and at least 35 other tanks filled with fish coming in and out.
