    I think quite possibly what you are seeing is Brooklynella, a common clown fish disease.

    he still has energy and id eating so what are the possible treatments i can do??

    i do not have a qt tank

    My experience with clown fish disease's is very limited. So far I'm batting 50%. My first one developed a mouth ulster that with a few days claimed it's life. The second of the two started showing signs of the same disease, and immediately I started to feed garlic into it's food, and the small lesion went away. I have no advice for brooklynella, simply did some advanced searching for ya in hopes it'll point you in the right direction. Good luck. And above all, keep it eating.
