    Yeah, looks like ich. There are a few treatment options you can do. I've had luck with frequent feedings of a variety of meaty foods soaked in garlic with a biweekly dose of Marine-Max. Clownfish don't usually do well with cooper so a qt tank with copper is kind of out but you could do a hypo salinity treatment. Basically move the clown to a separate qt tank and slowly lower the salinity, not sure on the appropriate baseline so you'll have to look that up. Good luck and I hope he pulls through.
