    my clowns had eggs and im goign to try and save them i have them in a little 5 gallon tank on the rock they were layed on.

    when they hatch can i feed phyto feast (live phyto) ?

    No, you will have to feed them live rotifers. The only way to do this is by breeding the rotifers yourself.
    Try googling it. Theres a decent amount of good sites out there that explain it pretty well

    From my understanding, and 6 books later, the fry require more than phyto.

    That's why 90% of breeders point to Rotifers. I would quickly hit ebay or a LFS and see how soon you can get some.

    this is they way i have it set up the pump on the left with the tube was flowing water over the top of the little tank giving it just enough to get water in and out

    Artemia are too big. You need rotifers. If you don't already have rotifers growing, its too late. The good news is that they will lay eggs again in a couple of weeks most likely. Gives you some time to start a rotifer culture

    Take a look at my thread just a few down from yours in this section. It's titled "Whooo", because I was happy with Clowns laying eggs aswell. You're making all the same mistakes I made. ;)
