    yeah they fit, but the trick is getting some light to bleed out to it so you dont have to add another light. does that make sense?

    "..make sense"? Of course not (lol). This is the Ultra-Super-Dooper model that comes with a light. Light is mounted over top opening/compartment which is about 4.5 " wide/deep, 16" long, & goes down about a foot?

    Any other "greens" along with mangroves that'll work?

    the mangrove will eventually get taller than that foot though. You might be better off with chaeto, or at least a chaeto/mangroves combo
