My Chromis died yesterday apparently and before I got to it my exquisite fairy wrasse got to it now he's not looking good. I can't get him out because I would have to take all of my rock down.

The chromis has been in like 2 days after being qt for a month

All of my params are stable 0ammonia 0 nitrate 0nitries 0 phosphate

I really don't know what to do the fairy has been in there at least 3 months and all of the other fish are fine 2 clowns foxface and scopas tang.

I just added A skimmer and its really not working yet

It is a dry heat, yeah right !
Carbon and water changes. If you are currently running carbon replace it with some fresh stuff.

Did a 20% water change just now and added new carbon

Should I do another change or more?

No I would just let the carbon do it's job.

Could the Chromis have something that was passed on to the wrasse?

The Chromis was completely fine before it died. Eating and nothing on it's body

    I'm sorry for your loss.

The cloudy water is the nitrifying bacteria doing exactly what you want them for....they are converting Ammonia into Nitrite and then Nitrite into Nitrate. Your clean up crew is taking care of the rest. It's always good to have a bottle of Prime around in case you start seeing Ammonia show up. However, if you don't see any Ammonia, everything is doing what it's supposed to do. Let them do their jobs and don't interfere. (If one can retrieve a dead fish, by all means do so. However, if you can't get to it, that's why we have live rock, live sand, bioballs, clean up crews, etc).

The cloudy water will become clear, Nitrates will rise, and a water change will take care of those Nitrates.

They already ate the dead fish,

The wrasse looks like he's going to die. Not active just hiding in his spot
