Looks like something I see in the waters near Bolinas up here in Northern California. FANTASTIC! Best coldwater tank I've seen. 8)

Hi....jellies wouldn't do well....I have a really fast water flow for the jewels....the jellies would get wasted!

    NZ compared to California

Yep....very similar to your waters...as I said in a previous thread similar salinity/PH/temp etc and good clean water...you should try a temperate tank!!!

Hi....I've had the tank running for around 18 months now....all the original stock still thriving as I've built-up the wall gradually....the tank is about 90% full now.

Just three fish in the tank...gobie/orange roughie and a triplefin that hatched last week and is about 5mm long!....it's not really a fish tank...more a reef with inverts/prawns etc.

    Coldmarine latest collection.

After a recent snorkel up the coast here's a look at a few new finds....jewels/biscuit star/small urchin....plus a couple of tank shots....the yellow and red sponges will likely be biscuit star snacks eventually!

Nice work man. Sounds like a lot of fun. Ever run into anything dangerous when diving?
