Carpet shrank after water change

    Today I did a 10 gal change out and cleaning, (rock squirt, glass, agronite with siphon) and when I got done I noticed my carpet an. shrank down to a little ball. This has turned out to a not-so-good day.

    Any ideas? Salinity was 1.022, temp 79-80. I didn't try to test yet because things were a bit sturred up.

    Could the salt water added not be mixed enough, or maybe too cold??

    Thats normal for most, don't worry. Keep us informed though, if it stays that way.

    Ok. I dont think I've ever seen it do this. maybe I just made it mad! :(
