I have this 6 head candy cane, they are good sized heads...But 3 of them stay open in the day and close and feed during night, another 2 or 3 are open, but they have their feeding tentacles out almost all the time, i feed them, but the next day they are out again..Is this normal?

It's not uncommon for corals to adjust to being in an aquarium Vs. the wild. In the wild, they would never open during the day. Remember that each "head" is a whole separate animal. Some of the animals have adjusted to tank life, some of them haven't. It's a simple as that.

BTW, what are you feeding them?
