    As the title says.

Can I use fish tank safe silicone to glue base rock together if I don't have any reef epoxy?

Not if your trying to cure it underwater in the tank.

If the rocks are dry, and the silicone will be curing before it's wet, then yes.

Thanks guys! The rocks are dry base rock so I will glue them together with silicone and let them dry 24 hours before getting them wet
