I am thinking about getting a clam. Either a maxima or a crocea. I have a blue throat trigger, a maroon clown, a wachtman goby a target mandarin, and jewel damsel. I have a 55 gallon tank parameters are good. I also have a 60 gallon cube that I am using as a frag tank that I can put it in. Would any of the fish be a problem?

I forgot to say what my lighting was. On my 55 gallon I have an 8 bulb T5 with ATI bulbs. On my 60 gallon cube I have (2) 24" 4 bulb fixtures that I am in the process of upgrading the bulbs.

It is a dry heat, yeah right !
The only fish in the group that might be a problem would be the trigger. I would test drive a cheaper clam first. Lighting should be fine. At least you have the frag tank as a back up.

I would put the clam in the frag tank due to the trigger.
