Red Sea Color supplements (A,B,C and D) come with instructions based on calcium uptake. Basically, for every 20ppm of calcium dosed, they recommend 1ml of each supplement.

I am well aware of the risks of dosing something that you don't specifically test for. Nonetheless...

I dose 80ml of BRS bulk Calcium Chloride solution a day. Any idea how I can translate that into ppm? BRS info does not seem to publish calcium ppm for their solution once mixed.

    Thank you.

Never mind, lol, I figured it out. It always happens right after I give up my search and post the question on forums.

Using BRS calculator, I had to try some diff ppm rise values, but finally figured out that 80ml of solution in 140g water volume is about 6ppm of calcium rise.

    Thanks anyways.
