I have a pair of clownfish and one is in distress. I thought my 6 line wrasse had harrassed it to the point of death so I have removed the wrasse. The clownfish are the only 2 fish in a 29g cube now.
One is fine, the other is on the bottom, with a whitish bubble over one eye. It is in obvious distress and I didn't think it would make it through the night but it did.
Is this just being harrassed to this point? Or does he have an illness?
    Any idea's?

It may have scraped the eye against the rock or the wrasse may have nipped it. How is it today? You can try to treat by soaking some food in an antibiotic.

Exactly what I was going to say. My yellow tailed damsel has popeye, which sounds like what your clown has and I added a few drops of melafix to the food and he recovered in a few days. However, he was eating well still. If your clown isn't eating, there isn't much you can do.
