Brown spotting on plants

    I have amazon a japanes grass as plants in my 20 gal aquarium along with tetras and cory cats. The substrate is eco complete and lighting is on flourescent tube F18 T18, came with the hood.
    The amazons have started getting brown spots along the leaves, any suggestions?
