Brown spots all over, help

    Im not sure if this is in the right forum but heres the deal. The past few days Ive been noticing small spots (brownish color) on the glass of the aquarium and also on some of the fake plants and decorations in the water. I took them all out last night and it basically rubbed of easily. It all started on the gravel and spread from there. Any help is appreciated.
