Don't know have not heard of them. I would be wary if you are keeping SPS or clams because there is not much known about them.

Any one? If they are any good I am sure I could get some real nice blue color to the tank if I were to use 4 of each.

I currently have two Aqua Science 22K bulbs running. The corals really do pop under them, but IMO it looks more artificial then an actinic. I haven't run 17K bulbs, but I have run 15K Aqua Science bulbs. They were nice, but nothing special. I plan on using 4 ATI blue+ next time around with a 10K and perhaps a 6500K, don't know yet.

Something I forgot, I don't know about the PAR on them, some blue bulbs have pretty good par, such as the Blue+, but others don't. Those coupled with the 17K might not put out much PAR. The UVL 75/25 which is between 15-17K doesn't have a lot of par either, but I have never heard of these bulbs, so I really don't know with a meter.

if these lamps where made in my back yard Id be worried
the fact that they are made in Germany would give me some confidence

I use Geisseman power chrome actinic plus and they are 22k lamps

so there are 22k options of brands where the reputation is commonly known to be good

If I could read German, Id get on German "Google" and do a search as German reef keepers would without doubt know the quality or otherwise of these blau aquaristic lamps

Thanks for the input. I am looking at getting 8 new bulbs and really want to go with a blue look. Searching and searching. Any suggestions on a 8 bulb combo with good par to have the blue popping.
