Black hair growing out of my rock?

    I have thick wire like hair growing out of one of my rocks. I pull handfulls of it out but it just grows back. Is this hair alge? How can i get rid of it?

    I used a sea hare for a short period, the eat everything very fast, they will starve quickly.... Also ran phososorb!!!!! For the phosphates..... You could also cut down your lighting time...
