Can anyone give their parameters for ideal growth or who had success?

as low as you can get on phosphate and nitrate.

Most of this is accomplished with routine water changes. I do mine weekly.

I digress. I could have the same parameters as the guy next to me, but we could get different results in growth. Too many variables IMO.

I am just having success with those parameters. I feed them, that makes a difference as well.

To many variables. Keep the big three and params stable and have adequate lighting. I have polyps that go like crazy then I have some that just melt away. No set "conditions" to be successful with polyps. I even have palys growing in my sump with one 6500k led light.

they do like to be fed. I think they also like not "too clean" water but as others have said, I'm sure there's someone keeping them successfully in pristine water as well.

Thanks guys. It seems at different times throughout the year they bud. Doesnt seem to be consistent. I just bought another variety a few weeks ago & am not very patient.
