I was thinking of asking for an aquarium controller for the holidays. Does anybody have any recommendations? Pros/cons/price of yours?

If i were to get one it would be the Apex. Just seems like a quality product. I dont have any personal experience, but ive seen plenty of online reviews and videos. If i had the money you bet i would get one.

+1. I was thinking about one too. Can someone please do like a full overview of theirs or the controller they think is best? Are there any that can test EVERYTHING digitally. Meaning salinity, temp, PH, Alk, Etc? Or would that cost a boatload of money? Would there be any use for a controller if I will not power my lights/heater/protein skimmer on it? I guess I am trying to ask if there is a controller that is solely for testing water digitally. Sorry for the hi-jack of thread.

I got a reef keeper lite and like it. I thought about getting a reef angel though to replace it though because I ran outta module space.

I have the Apex Jr. and it is the best $150 I spent in the hobby hands down.
