Bar gobie being bullied

Ok, I used to have 2 zebra bar gobies. One was bullied to death via starvation and this one is very scrawny looking. I fear he may be next to go. I have tried on numerous occasions to catch him (In my 150g tank with lots of live rock).

I want to quarantine the little bugger but he wont come out. He is not a terribly expensive fish but I like him.

Other tank Inhabitants

(1) 6" desjardini sailfin tang (bully)
(2) clowns
(1) flame angel
(1) koran angel (juvenile 3")

I guess, if I cant get him he will make a nice snack. I never found the first one until i moved my rocks around. All I found were bones.

P.S. I am on a budget, so expensive solutions to catch a $10 fish wont do.

when i have a fish thats being bullied i take the fish taht bullying him out and put him in the quarantine tank, this limits stress to the bullee and gives it a chance to regroup and find a new home. then by the time you introduce the other fish back into the tank he will think its entirely new. i would switch the rocks around a little as well.
