    Dang, you must have a great eye for color. Those two look identical to me.

    She is right, it might have something to do with the age of the bulb. The Fiji has about 7 months use and the bulbs spectrum shifts to the red with age.

    Man, I even used paint to put the bulbs next to each other so there's no black area between them (it prevents you from seeing the bulbs as being the same color, a well-known optical illusion), and I still can't see a difference.

    Thanks and I'm an artistic person and when sewing often have to match from memory thank god I'm usually right or I'd be spending a lot of money or doing a lot of returns ;D

    I see it barely and the small difference between the UVL's. The color difference is more obvious in person.

    I used photo editing software to overlay part of the bulb over the other one. Impossible to tell where one starts and the other ends. Must be some special monitor.

    Sorry, I have to give props to Aqua Cave for bulb price, shipping price and the quality of the packaging of the bulbs. Bought from them twice. Almost nothing could damage the bulbs. I have no idea how they could spend as much as they do to package, and only charge $5!:eek:

    Purchased from reefgeeks and likewise about the shipping. It was braced really well from the corners of the lamps and the middle regions of the lamps.
