I tried to help you. You don't have them soldered propperly. If they flash when you unplug them, you have one that is not completing the current loop. That's also probably why your controller is flashing, I don't have any experiance with them though. If you don't ensure that your wiring is correct and just keep plugging and unplugging you will eventually burn them all out. Use an ohm meter and find the one that is burt out or shorted out with sloppy soldering or screws touching the star.

I don't used screw anymore. I used the adhesive glue. If my wiring not correct, how come all 12 leds light up with a non dimmable driver? I just don't understand what wrong with the controller.

I have try click on Menu and Select and all the button on the controller. Still blinking screen. Do I have to used a USB to set it up?

That's correct for the AC line to the driver.

What do you have the blue and white DIM wires connected to?

I think I have done all the wiring correctly, but my led will not light up, and the monitor screen is blinking.

Okay, just to make sure. On the PVM pins, you have - connected to the top pins and +connected on the bottom right?

No idea. Before turning on the driver you went in and adjusted the SVR2 right?
