    I was watching a thing on TV where a solar firm in SOCAL think that around 2015 it will be cheaper to use the solar technology they have come up with. It uses satellite dish type reflectors that runs tiny internal engines. I hope it works. It wasn't an individual home thing though.. they're made for the grid.
    The ones they have now just aren't any where near as efficient.
