    Cialis is good for rbta?
Do not take CIALIS if you: take any medicines called "nitrates"

My nitrates are still pretty high so I guess I can't give it to my nems.

everyone is very anti getting an anemone (which i agree if you cant support them then dont mess with it)... if they are that hard to take care of why are they sold :s

To get one into a LFS that can be sold, 9 others died. I can't tell you how many times I yelled at Steve to, "Stop freakin' ordering anemones!!!". The bags were never even opened....just went straight into the dumpster because they died in shipment. That's why certain anemones are so expensive.

The answer to your question is there are people like me who are responsible sellers and there are people like Steve who will sell you whatever you want.

Do you have any clubs in your area? You might be able to get a bta local and cheap. Those things split like crazy. But again, be prepared for it to kill everything.

I had a rose tipped anemone for a while. It was a VERY BAD decision on my part. The more I have learned about this hobby the more I agree....ANEMONES SHOULD STAY IN THE OCEAN!

My RBTA NEVER, EVER moved. I had the proper lighting (3 250W 14k MH, 12 actenics), fed it regularly, etc. It was VERY HEALTHY! My clowns hosted it, was cool to watch. It grew massively. However I decided to sell it because of what I now know.

I only worked at a LFS for a couple months before it closed down...but it amazes me the belief by many that "if it dies, I will just get a new one" or "what is the harm in trying"

I too refused to sell any anemones to people. Everyone else in the store were moving those like they were candy. I dont think I sold one ever! I told someone "no" right in front of the owner and was told that I was over-reacting to the risk.

Anemones can live for hundreds of years in the wild, maybe couple months in our tank, and a few years in tanks of someone that has a lot of experience and knowledge of the animal and does everything right. Sooo, what does that tell us, WE DONT KNOW HOW TO PROPERLY CARE FOR THEM!

There were many, many that came into the store dead from shipment.

People were always excited when their anemone splits. IT IS A SURVIVAL mechanism....it is trying to stay alive...if I split then I have a 50/50 chance of survival. Splitting IS NOT A GOOD THING!

Schackmel is right. They split because they are near death. They aren't getting enough food via photosynthesis nor direct feeding so they split to have less mass to support. In the wild, the split anemone moves and hopefully finds somewhere with more food and the now original but smaller anemone, has less mass to support with the food it has. Anemones aren't smart. They don't know that their "offspring" is going to remain in the same 75 gallons of water.
