    here is my tank with different brand 14000k bulbs, no actinics.

    My phoenix bulbs are not as blue as they appear in this picture, they were initially

    I have the pheonix as well, I just never bought a ballast thanks for the pic, your tank looks sick man! Do you run a chiller?
