Another cyano question

    Dr. Tim,

    My wife's tank had some moderate red slime. We tried your full treatment and I was quite impressed, but there remains a little cyano and it's starting to grow a bit more. Do we try the treatment again, or keep going with the waste away weekly?

    Soon so long to answer - go with the waste-away on a regular (weekly) basis for 4 weeks and see if that does the cyano in. If not you may have to hit it with the re-fresh again.
