There will be one version of this fixture, the 96watt, the LEDs are run at 700ma, so at max power it is technically 144watts, however 72 2 watt LEDs would have more power, so we are calling it 96watts. All of our fixtures will have new names soon.

Need more info on the controller...

Does it ramp up/down smoothly? Moonlights? Set color temp modes? Any unique features? I've always hated the numeric lcd clock look.

+1 for above and Would these be able to fully cover a 36 inch long aquarium? I'm still looking around for lighting options for my new tank. It will be mostly sps. Thanks.

I would go with the 104watt controllable for that, and keep sps in the middle.

It has a ton of features, the remote has the nice pretty pics on it for you, LOL (joking of course!). We will have more info when our sample unit arrives, these units look really good, especially the fans, which will not suck in dust, or make any noise, and the wireless linking between units. We also were contacted by a company working on smartphone integration.

Are there any plans on creating a longer version for larger tanks?

What size optics should be used for a 55g tank (48x13x21)? I plan on getting 2 units.

Also, when do you expect to have them in stock? Thanks!

120s are fine, 2 units would provide the best coverage. There is one 104watt fixture ready to ship in a week, more will come a few weeks later.
