I have had this Sebae Anemone for about two years now and I have never seen this. Does anyone know what might be going on? Thanks.

have you made any changes to the tank? temp, light, salinity, etc. I always thought that white stuff was it barfing out its insides (what they do before they die)... doesn't sound good :/ Can you post a before and after pic?

If the food you feed them is "white" then it's possible they are just "removing" now that they are done with it..

    HOWEVER,
If it does not look like the food - then they are spitting up their insides. That's the number 2 sign that they are about to die. Take your finger to one of their tentacles, if it's sticky then your OK.. If it's not and it's slimy, then that's a TRULY BAD SIGN.

If it's slimy, try to pull your NEN-0-me out and smell it. If it stinks, and trust me this is a smell you have never smelled b4, then you need to pull it out of the tank ASAP as it will kill everything else in your tank as it dies.

A picture is always good too, but you know what to do now....

Good luck, and keep ur eye on it.

Warmer temperatures, time of year and moon lights will instigate a sexual response in numerous livestock, especially corals, Tridacna Clams and anemones.
As Curt pointed out could be a sexual response or food regurgitation as johnfritts hinted at.
