Anemone disappeared

    It was looking healthy as could be. It was hiding in some rockwork, then a few days ago it moved to an open area towards the back of the tank. The next day I saw a lot of sand piles and could not find it... did my Niger Trigger kill and eat it!? He never even payed attention to eat before...

    It is a dry heat, yeah right !
    It's probably in a crevice and will come out when it's ready. If the anemone is not in an overflow, power head, or heater then leave them be as appropriate.

    mine does that too. It empties itself of all the water inside and then buries itself. I thought it was dead but came back 2 days later. Now it does that every once in a while. Especially if there is high flow. I have 3 of them in my 100g. So if high flow for a couple hours it disappears to give itself a break. They could move but they don’t
