I just set up my 29g Biocube. I used dry rock that I had boiled and let dry because it was covered in all sorts of bad algae when I received it. The dead stuff that was on the rock gave me an ammonia source for the tank to start cycling. I tested the water after 2 days and the ammonia was at .75ppm. Is this too high to add the One and Only? The instructions say no higher than .2ppm. Should I do a water change to reduce the levels? Should I leave it and add the bacteria?

If I remember right it says no higher than 2.0 ppm not .2 ppm

You don't want the ammonia or nitrite to get above 5 and 2 is the preferred number for dosing when doing a fishless cycle.
