Algae Problem after recent water change

Hey guys, I have my 46 gallon bow front where everything was doing great. Water was crystal clear and coraline was starting to grow great. Now after my recent water change my water is cloudy with a greenish tint and growing a dust like algae on the glass covering it lightly in one day. All my levels are great. I really just needed some opinions. When I did my most recent water change I did cheat a little on cleaning. I just rinsed my skimmer with tap and my ac70 with tap to get all the gunk out. And I replace my ac70 carbon and chemipure with 2 chemipures. My 3 corals and 3 fish all seem fine as well. Advice. And I am also gonna cut my light back. Its an aquatic life 36 4 t5 ho light. Thanks

 

Did u also use tap for the WC? Sounds like an algae bloom to me.
