algae bloomin' again

    i had a cyano attack about a month ago,but it disappeared,so it has started again 2 days ago and i think it is getting worst what could have affected it????

    IMO, the 3 most probable causes are:

    1. Over feeding or over stocking.
    2. Poor organic waste removal. (Skimmer)
    3. Lighting. (IMO a distant 3rd.)

    Pick one or a combination of all 3.

    I hate that stuff. Good luck!

    Low or poor flow areas will also allow the 3 things above to start an out break

    algae bloom anhialated!!

    well guys i finally got rid of my algae bloom..i think my problem was my exhausted lighting..i recently replaced my lighting and stirred up my sand and the algae has not come back(for now)....i am proud to say i have been algae free for 3 weeks...:2thumbsup
