I noticed a small aiptasia on a zoa frag i purchased. Whats the best way to remove it without hurting the zoas? I can remove the frag from the tank.

It is a dry heat, yeah right !
This is a method I used with success.

    1. Remove frag from tank.
    2. Pat dry with paper towel.
    3. Make a thick kalk paste. Do not get kalk paste on zoanthids, so it has to be thick.
    4. Apply to Aiptasia with a q-tip or tooth pick.
    5. Let sit for 5 min in the open air.
    6. Rinse in tank water and return to display.

I do essentially the same thing, but I inject kalk paste directly into the aiptasia with a syringe.
