    Vinegar.

Cover the effected area with vinegar for half an hour. The vinegar will dissolve the bristles as they are calcerous. This technique can be used after using the duct tape to ensure all have been removed.

I just tried it. I tried to even wrap it around the bristles but they are going in very direction it just punctures it deeper! My friends running to the store to get vinegar right now as it says it will disolve it.

Don't know if it would last that long. You can't just put it back in the water?
