    Hullo all-

I want to know what is the best (or best, cheapest) substrate to have to help my plants root and grow healthily. I will be having fancy goldfish in there...so I'd like something heavy so they will have a hard time digging them up!
    :laugh4:

Thanks for the replies in advance.

ECO-Complete planted aquarium substrate is what I used in my planted tank. I like it and my fish have not been able to pull the plants up. Do remember though to plant them as deep as possible. I am not familiar with keeping goldfish so I don't know how bad of diggers they are.

For the same price or maybe a few extra bucks id go with ADA amazonia II for your substrate...If you check the sponsers pages you will be able to find either the eco complete or the ADA soil.
