Is their anything I need to know or add to my 10 gallon tank before I could start putting mushrooms in their? I frequently add calcium, iodine, stontium, and alkilinity.

OK, this may be a dumb question, but, you say you add those things to your system.

Do you test the levels of those things as well? Iodine can kill. Please test for anything you may add.

Mushrooms are a good choice to start with. They are soft corals, so the Calcium and strontium are not as important to soft corals as they are to hard corals. ;)

People are beginnig to think that strontium stunts coral growth, you might want to do some research

Yea, here's one of the most specific article on it:

Note that Iodine is not what you want to use, you want IodiDe.

You see me almost everyday, why don't you ask me these things. And BTW I'm pretty sure George isn't testing your Iodine and Calcium levels. Those are expensive tests and George is cheaper than a penny.
