Well my tank has definitely finished the cycle. For two weeks I have ghost fed and tested, nitrites and ammonia 0, nitrates about .10

I have added hermit crabs and still the same test results.

I plan on doing a water change this week.

I want 2 clowns and eventually a watchman goby.

How long should I wait before I add any fish and should I add the clowns at the same time or seperately?

I know its good to add the pair together but I don't want to rush things

I think you mean nitrates of 10ppm and not .10.

I'd say you're good to add the clowns, wait a week with testing to, then once the water quality is good again, go ahead and add the goby.

With it being a new tank and its size, I would suggest that you choose two smaller clowns of the type you want (that way you know they will be males) and add one at a time to be on the safe side. I'd wait a week or so in between adding them.
