Well I just picked up a few acros on Saturday, all seemed well and then today I noticed my blue prostrata isn't looking too hot. From the bottom up he seems to be losing tissue and losing it fast. Really sucks because when I got this guy home he opened up within 5 minutes of being in my tank and looked great! I must have jinxed it :-/ Heres a pic of him, I am currently out of Iodine(stupid eye dropper bulb cracked and leaked) so no dip tonight and I think by tomorrow he will be a goner.

    Heres the blue in RTN.

Heres the Pink looking perfectly happy, crazy coral and their ways.

Yeah I did, I was told to put ball of putty in a crevice and slightly push the acro and hold it until it feels firmly there.

That works to hold it, but putty lets off a lot of heat. Hold a bit as it cures, and you'll see it definitely gets to the point where it could hurt corals.

+1 additionally, it creates a localized pH drop while curing... the two reasons why i dislike putty for frags

Check your DKH and make sure it has a lot of flow. Prostrata like lots of flow for some reason.
