acropora died or not?

    this is the first acropora i buyed two months ago that i am trying to save.
    someone can tell me if i have chance or not?

    maybe yes. sometime i found hermit crab inside

    I'm pretty sure that guy is gone. looks like red and green algae.

    I had one that came w/ my uncured Live Rock...it went through the entire curing cycle and was greenish brown when the curing process was complete...but it bounced right back...so at least in my case, it was able to tollerate a lot and come back once in the proper lighting and flow.

    Looks like cyanobacteria and hair algae have overtaken the coral!
    Intense light and moderate water flow are essential in purchasing and maintaining most species of Acropora!
