acan flow moon coral

    Looking to move my acan and curious how much water flow do they really need how much light do they really need also for my moon coral does it really matter where they are placed

    Not much and not much...

    It matters where all corals are placed. There are a lot of corals refered to as moon corals though. Is this a Favia, Goniastrea, Diploastrea?

    the moon would be Goniastrea

    Goniastrea are pretty tolerant of a wide range of lighting and flow. Seem to do best with a bit more light than acan lords, but still on the lower end. Probably 80-200 PAR range is fine. For flow, they tend to be pretty tolerant too. Low to medium flow should be fine. They can handle more, but better to keep it low to moderate if possible IME.
